His expertise covers CNC programming, tooling, production planning, and the architecture of CAD/CAM and Industry 4.0 systems. At CADEM, he leads product application strategy, ensuring our solutions deliver real-world value not just in concept, but in the complex realities of everyday factory operations.

Srihari has worn many hats tool designer, forklift sales engineer, CAD/CAM specialist, and Industry 4.0 consultant. This diverse background allows him to connect seamlessly with both factory teams and decision-makers. At CADEM, he leads customer engagement, sales strategy, and business growth.
