Having managed CNC machining operations across sectors like earthmoving equipment, aerospace, and tooling, he understands manufacturing challenges at the ground level. His expertise covers CNC programming, tooling, production planning, and the architecture of CAD/CAM and Industry 4.0 systems. At CADEM, he leads product application strategy, ensuring our solutions deliver real-world value not just in concept, but in the complex realities of everyday factory operations.

Srihari has worn many hats tool designer, forklift sales engineer, CAD/CAM specialist, and Industry 4.0 consultant. This diverse background allows him to connect seamlessly with both factory teams and decision-makers. At CADEM, he leads customer engagement, sales strategy, and business growth. His strength lies in understanding what manufacturing businesses truly need and guiding them to adopt technology in a way that’s fast, practical, and delivers immediate value on the shop floor.

Bhagavan is the technical backbone of CADEM. With years of experience in developing and supporting software for CAD/CAM, DNC, and machine monitoring systems, he brings deep technical expertise to the team. His guiding principle is clear software should be simple, stable, and easy to use. At CADEM, he leads system architecture, backend development, and the ongoing refinement of our real-time analytics engine to ensure high performance and reliability on the shop floor.
Ashish brings strong techno-commercial depth across CNC productivity solutions, CAD/CAM systems, and skill development initiatives. As the face of CADEM’s CNC ecosystem, he drives solution adoption and market growth by aligning advanced manufacturing software with real-world production challenges. A passionate advocate of CNC education in India, he actively engages with customers and students to bridge the gap between industry needs and workforce readiness.
Himanshu Ambesh is an Application Engineer at Cadem Technologies with hands-on expertise in CNC programming, machining simulation, and software training. He supports customers with CAPSturn and CAPSmill, providing guidance in toolpath optimization, troubleshooting, and real-time shop-floor improvements. Skilled in ENCY and the complete CADEM suite, Himanshu combines technical depth with a practical, user-focused approach to ensure smooth and reliable CNC operations.
